Sica Hollow State Park

I see that my posts on Sica Hollow State Park are getting a lot of hits in the last few days. I'm sure that is for the same reason that I was there last night and this morning - it's beautiful right now in that little valley near Sisseton.
Sunrise over the hollow this morning was as spectacular as the fall leaves.

Here's an overview of the valley, with the trees turning several shades of autumn. I would guess that next weekend is going to be even better as there are many trees still in a green phase today.

Hiking the trails throughout the park reveals views of leafy canopies and gurgling streams.
