Beautiful weather, a city filled with historic architecture and the Black Hills Corvette Classic bringing tons of hot-looking cars to the Northern Hills made for some interesting photography opportunities.

If you are entering the contest portion of the Worldwide Photo Walk, good luck.
For next year's walk, I'm thinking about somewhere in Badlands National Park. Anyone else have suggestions?

I just got to shoot in Badlands National Park a couple of weeks ago and I always forget how amazing it is.
But while BNP is a fantastic place for a photo walk, I suggest Roughlock Falls and Spearfish Falls. Two great waterfalls are connected by a scenic path and located within an easy mile to mile and a half walk of each other. Like the Badlands, just about every where you turn there are great shots but it might offer more postcard scenes closer together.
Thanks for hosting this year's walk, it was a good time and I look forward to next year (wherever it is)!
Thanks Mike. I like that idea too. Maybe we'll just have to start doing these more often and not wait for Scott Kelby to put together a Worldwide one.
Hmmmm....
Did both BNP and Roughlock in early June - you can't go wrong in either place.
But I like your idea, Chad. Why limit to once a year? It'd be great to see a walk in the Northern Hills in the fall.
I think the Northern Hills in the fall is a great idea ~ count me in!
As I was walking around the 1880 Town last Friday it occurred to me that it would make a good photo walk as well. Too many good ideas! I think we are on to something here. Let's see when I've got a free spot in my schedule to see what we can come up with.
