Black Hills Photo Shootout website up

What promises to be a very exciting event now has an official website - The Black Hills Photo Shootout.

The photography festival will be September 17-19, 2010 and will offer some great opportunities for learning and shooting in South Dakota's legendary Black Hills and Badlands. Specific details are being finalized, but workshops and seminars in various aspects of nature, adventure, and landscape photography will be included.

A committee of photographers, tourism officials and art experts is bringing together the various venues and knowledgeable instructors to create something we think will be very unique for this part of the country. With the Black Hills' blend of Old West and mining history, along with incredible scenery and wildlife, photographers of all skill levels will find something of interest.

If you'd like to help us out in promoting the Shootout, please forward the link to friends and family. You can also purchase inaugural merchandise at the Cafe Press Black Hills Photo Shootout store.

Users of iGoogle can also find a Black Hills Photo Shootout iGoogle theme for giving your internet browsing a little extra flair.

Keep an eye out here at Dakotagraph and at www.blackhillsphotoshootout.com for further information soon.
