Little Photo Walk on the Prairie tomorrow

Don't forget that the Little Photo Walk on the Prairie will be tomorrow from 9-11 am at the Ingalls Homestead in DeSmet, South Dakota.

All Photo Walkers will receive free admission to the Homestead, just let them know at the door.

This is a fun photography exercise for anyone that wants to participate. You'll find more information about the homestead at my earlier post here.

While you are in the area, you might want to check out Strawbale Days in Carthage as well. Carthage is southwest of DeSmet and home to the only museum made out of straw bales in the country. It was also featured in the movie "Into The Wild" about wanderer Chris McCandless who spent some time in Carthage.

Thanks again for hosting the photowalk Chad! I had a fun time. Looking forward to seeing photos from the other walkers. I've posted a gallery on my http://hemmelman.zenfolio.com site if any of the other walkers are interested.

I'm not sure why the comment by walker Keith Hemmelman hasn't shown up here, but he has posted pictures from the walk at http://hemmelman.zenfolio.com/.

Good stuff Keith! Thanks for sharing them.

I'm hoping to get some of mine up tomorrow.
