Patriot Flag visits capitol

In remembrance of the 9/11/01 attacks on the United States, the huge "Patriot Flag" has been touring the country. Sunday's display at the South Dakota state capitol in Pierre marked the 50th state visit by the flag.

Area firefighters, law enforcement and military personnel took part in ceremonies on the capitol grounds as the flag flew from the extended booms of two firetrucks.

The flag also flew at Mount Rushmore and the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally in the last week. More information about the "Patriot Flag" can be found at the official website.
