Nostalgic treasure in Belvidere

For some reason, I've never stopped off Interstate 90 at Belvidere, South Dakota. Recently I decided to do a little exploring and was happily surprised to find a deteriorating relic of travel days gone by.

The Kozy Korner Motel has obviously seen better days, but is a great photo subject for those of us who love nostalgic tourism spots.

Looking for the Kozy Korner? You can't miss it just a few blocks south of the interstate on Belvidere's main drag. Just don't plan to stay here, you'll probably need to head for nearby Kadoka for that.
