Fellow photographers enjoy South Dakota's variety

It is always fun to run across fellow photographers doing what they love. Tonight it was Rod Planck and a workshop group he brought from Michigan for shooting in Badlands National Park, Custer State Park and Wind Cave National Park.

Rod told me that of all his tours worldwide it is fairly rare to have participants repeat visits to the same location, but one of this week's participants was in South Dakota for the fourth time because of the beautiful landscapes and abundant wildlife we have to offer.

The workshop was finishing up the last of eight nights here with some great landscape and buffalo photos in Wind Cave.

If you are interested in Rod's tours and workshops check out www.RodPlanck.com and specifically the Badlands and Black Hills Nature Photography Tour/Workshop.
